Do you offer free in-home estimates?
Yes. Marc comes to your home, walks the floor, brings samples, and gives you a written quote — no cost and no obligation.
How dust-free is "dust-free" refinishing, really?
Our Bona Atomic system captures 99.8% of airborne sanding dust at the source, so you can typically stay in your home during the job instead of finding somewhere else to be.
Do I need a recoat or a full refinish?
If your floor is dull or lightly scratched but hasn’t worn down to bare wood, a one-day recoat usually does the job. If the finish has worn through in high-traffic areas, a full sand-and-refinish is the better long-term fix — we’ll tell you honestly which one your floor needs.
How soon can you get to my project?
It depends on the season, but we usually respond to estimated requests within one business day and can give you a real timeline once Marc has seen the space.
Do you install both hardwood and epoxy/concrete flooring?
Yes. Hardwood installation and refinishing is where we started, and we now offer the same level of craftsmanship on epoxy and concrete coatings for garages, shops, and basements.
