Marc started Winnwood Flooring in 2008 out of a simple frustration. He had been working hardwood for years and kept seeing the same things: rushed work, dust everywhere, and contractors who treated floors like an afterthought instead of a finish that should outlive the rest of the room.
Winnwood is the answer to that. Marc is on every job site, every day. There is no subcontracted crew, no out-of-state franchise office, no upsell pressure. Just a Missoula craftsman who is very good at what he does and treats your floors like he is going to live on them.
Marc is a Bona Certified Craftsman, an active NWFA member, and fully licensed and insured in Montana. The certifications matter, but what they really stand for is a commitment to keep learning. Wood, finishes, and tools change. The standard does not.

We will tell you when a recoat is the right answer instead of a refinish. We will tell you when your subfloor needs work before the new boards go down. We will tell you when the floor you have is worth saving and when it is not.
We will not push the most expensive option, will not start work without a written estimate, and will not leave a job until the final walkthrough is done. That is the deal.
